Meet the Team at Progressive Chiropractic

Becky, Receptionist
My name is Becky Auld and I’m one of the receptionists at Progressive Chiropractic. I’ve been working here since 2023 but many years before that I started as a patient of Dr. Mark for my chronic headaches. I joined the practice because I strongly believe in the benefits of chiropractic care, as it has made a world of difference in my life and in the lives of my family for their many sports injuries. At work, I love all the people, old and new, and seeing them leave happy and in less or no pain.
I, myself, have got three almost adult children and a husband that keeps me busy outside of work. We have an older cat named Chief and a Great Dane named Hades. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading and sitting around the fireplace on the deck. I love camping, or glamping, which is probably more accurate, and a fun fact about me that many people do not know is that I collect antiques and antique edged weapons.

Melissa, Receptionist
Melissa is a true one of our office receptionists, a Registered Care Aide by profession, a devoted mother of two, and Dr. Mark Smith’s better half. She was introduced to chiropractic when she and Dr. Mark first met and has been a believer in it ever since! When she is able to escape the chaos of life at home and work, you can find her investing in her health at the gym or pilates studio, or out in nature with the kids. She also enjoys time with extended family and getting out to the lake or camping. Melissa is a warm-hearted people person who truly cares for others and you will be put at ease by her warm smile and ability to genuinely connect with people.

Anita, Receptionist
Anita is a semi-retired military civilian worker and our resident ‘girl Friday’ (or helper that fills in when we are really stuck for help!) At any rate, Anita has truly been a valuable member of our team for several years now and as a social butterfly has a wonderful ‘gift of gab’ and an honest, friendly demeanor. She has a wide circle of friends, enjoys camping whenever she gets a chance, keeps close family ties, and challenges herself physically with exercise bootcamps and walking groups. Her calm, hardworking, and loyal attitude is a blessing to have at our clinic!
